How It Started...
After 18 years in Austin, Cara returned to her hometown of Red Wing in 2023 with a clear vision: bring fresh, nourishing food to a community that needed it. The perfect place? Right inside her family’s health food store.
She transformed the prep kitchen, teamed up with her two sisters, and turned a familiar space into something entirely new: built around real food, convenience, and community.

Swing by for a quick, wholesome grab-and-go option from the cooler, or stop in on Wednesdays and Fridays for rotating lunch specials made fresh to order. Grab a seat in the Three Sisters Room and enjoy food that’s as good for you as it tastes.
